Typical display for each Sister City |
The Tucson Sister Cities Association maintained a traveling display for each of its sister cities: Roscommon, Ireland; Segovia, Spain; Trikkala, Greece; Pecs, Hungary; Cuidad Obregon and Guadalajara, Mexico; and Almaty, Kazakhstan since April of 2007, and culminated in a reception at Woods Memorial Library, September 29. The display included artifacts, pictures, maps and brochures, with items in glass-enclosed cases where possible.
